I know I’m late to the mesh party, but I have picked out some of my favorite new mesh things. I was really concerned about having to change my shape a lot because I hate changing my shape. You may have noticed just how resistant to change I am over the past few years.

I did actually have  to make my legs a tiny big smaller for these boots from Lassitude and Ennui but really it’s worth it. They are gorgeous over the knee boots that bend and move with your legs.

This Amiya hair from Alice Project was another nice surprise. I rarely wear long hair because I get to frustrated with how it cuts into your avatar. I did remove the curly bits from this hair but it’s so lovely it doesn’t look perfect in all poses but really 90% of them seem to work great. I think if more people can master this you may start seeing me in long hair.

I also love this Gateau top from Pixeldolls and the new Jane Mesh Jeans. I mean look at me just sitting in a chair bending my knees all over the place. The best thing is that I didn’t have to change my shape at all for this outfit both pieces come in multiple mesh sizes and while they may not work for EVERY body type you may be surprised.

One small problem when layering mesh items. You can’t move mesh (rigged mesh that is I think that’s the right term) so while with a sculpty or something I would just scooch the prims over a bit I can’t with this. It’s something to get used to and hopefully the more items are released the more workarounds we find.

I think that if I can find things that fit me you should go out and try some demos and you may be surprised.
