I think I needed some glitz after my camping trip. I have realized that I am more of a hotel kind of girl than a tent kind of girl. My trip was very fun though it was a big family reunion for my step grandma’s 90th birthday and yes she was camping too. She stayed in an RV but still she’s a trooper I don’t know that I will want to camp when I’m 90.

I took my 2 favorite pieces from the Paper Couture and G.L.A.M. Couture collections put them in an outfit together today. This fur coat from the Victorian Club outift by Paper Couture is so lush and gorgeous it’s definately my favorite of all their fabulous new pieces.

Next are the shorts and belt from the Cowl Neck and Sequin outfit from G.L.A.M. I love these shorts and the fact that they come with tights or without is a nice touch. I think what really makes the shorts though is the wonderful belt that is on the pants layer. This makes it nice so that you can put it over all the pants that you have on the underwear layer so it’s very re wearable.

I figured I couldn’t run around in just my fur coat no matter how much I wanted to so I put on the Hoshi top from Culture Vulture I really like the soft lines and the pretty colors on this top. Just to give a little contrast I added the bad influence leather piped corset that I picked up at the latest sale. I like the little bit of white peeking out from under the top.

I missed the grand opening of Mercury Couture by Wilhelmena Whitfield, so I went to check that out today and found this great pearl feathered crown. This is so detailed and beautiful I think I’ll be buying more of her hats. This necklace is the pastel chunky necklace from Microphage and while it’s very bold I think it works with this outfit because I’m not wearing alot of other color. You can just barely seem my purple paillette earrings from Paper Couture peeking out from under my hair.

I love love love these fabulous new flats from Veschi, Alla is so good with her prims that they give the perfect illusion of those twisted sandals that are all over right now. They are dual color change and she has put like 100 color (not an exact number..) in them so they will match every outfit.

My hair is Fallon from Hairapy and this one isn’t on sale but she has lots others that are on sale so now is a good time to check out the shop if you haven’t been in yet.  I went with the Vogue skin in Green Glitter because I love this shade of green eyeshadow.

I’m glad to be home and I hope to have some more posts up this week now that I’m not planning any out of town trips. Also we are working on the next event just trying hard to coordinate everyone’s schedule. I’ll keep you posted!
