I really fell in love with this Sarah top from Skin Flicks. I saw on another blog where they have released a whole line of tops and skirts that can be mixed and match to make all types of outfits from formal to casual. This yellow one says that it’s “Mustard” color but its really a lovely pale yellow and not at all an obnoxious mustard color.  I decided that this shirt was so pretty I didn’t want to clutter it up with an undershirt. I did decide to make this balloon skirt from Creamshop into a highwaisted skirt by adding my favorite Helena waist sashes. These just happened to match just about perfectly in color and I really like how the yellow and magenta look together. Carrying on this color scheme I added these seamed yellow hose I’ve had forever.

Finally I updated to the Vixen II’s from Tesla. These are much shinier than the originals but still have the same fabulous shape. I keep just putting on different shades they literally match everything I wear.

I found some gold and white jewelry to accent the yellow in my outfit. My necklace is the Mary/Peace Tokens of Faith necklace from Lucas Lameth of Luc. I’m not overly religious in rl or even catholic but I find this necklace so beautiful and detailed. My earrings are also from Luc and are from the Conessa set. I have the color change pair and I have to say that Lucas offers this for not much more than the single color options and it’s definitely worth it.  On my right arm I have on the Turkish delight bangle from Fresh Baked Goods. This is a much more mature piece from her and I hope to see more beautiful items like this in the future. On my left arm is the gold and silver bangle with diamonds from Caroline’s Jewelry. This is definitely one of my old standbys and it’s simple and elegant. I’m also wearing the dainty diamond ring charm anklet from Caroline.

I was standing around sl last week and a group notice popped up and I got really excited! ETD made a couple of new hairs. I’m wearing the Tiana and I adore this hair. It manages to be dressy and casual like so many of Elika’s hairs. I hope this means she’s working on some more projects again I’ve sure missed my ETD fixes. I still haven’t taken off my V2 skin from Starley. But I am trying out some new eyes from  Scarlia Impressions. They are green on the outer rims and pink the middle. These are part of a line that mix all sorts of interesting colors. I really like this combo, they also have some really nice “normal” colored eyes. It’s worth checking out.

Ok I feel really silly I know the invite for the party said Friday but I was under the impression that it was Saturday and apparently I can’t read. I showed up really late so if any of you came and I missed you I’m so sorry but I hope you had lots of fun! Also Happy Birthday Violet! It was a surprise party for her too.

I’ve decided since I missed most of this one and lied to half the people we are doing a party Saturday night as well! Same thing starting at 7pm sl time at  Party Site! Just hop down from the shop.
