More bright colors today! I have been busy the last couple days taking pictures for the Retrology One Year Anniversary Contest on Flickr. Achariya told me about it and convinced me to enter. I don’t really have much practice just taking regular photos in sl. All of the one’s I take for the blog are in a photo box. It was really fun and the sim has lots of places to explore so if you are bored between now and the 27^th you should go take some photos and put them up. If I can do it I know you can most of you are probably way better than me at taking sl photos.

Well doing the outfits for that contest seemed to get my creative juices flowing again and I came up with this super bright outfit. I have been on a yellow kick lately and I love this top from the ruffly wrap dress from Nylon Outfitters. This dress comes with some cute prim sleeves and prim ruffles, but the texturing is so good I prefer it without them. I wanted a splash of color under this so I put on the checkered halter from Lala Foofoo in cyprus. What actually started the whole outfit were the metallic shine leggings in berry from League. These are pretty cheap at 125 or so L and come in lots of colors. Of course I wanted pink. I knew they needed something else to tie in the yellow so the Woven02 belt in gold from Kitties Lair fit just perfectly.

Shoes were a little harder but really whenever I need colorful pumps I reach for my Crisis Pumps from Tekilah Elytis. I know the shoe expo is going on this weekend and I wandered around and looked at all the pretty pumps but really I just can’t justify spending 300L a pop for a pair of colored pumps when these Crisis pumps color change to like 30–40 colors or so. I guess I’m just too cheap and not as into shoes as other girls. That doesn’t mean I didnt’ buy any shoes I mean it was for charity…

On my left arm I have on the totally kickin bangles in fruity from Funk-O-Rama and on the right arm I have on the Bakelite Tart Bangle Stack from Culture Vulture. The necklace I have on is the Hot Lips Charm Necklace from MiamMiam. I dunno if I have blogged this necklace before but I really love it and it’s such a simple design. The Vogue skin I have on is from the Deviant Nation line called Drama Queen– Gossip.

I just got the Phoenix hair from Truth in Platinum this morning and well do you see the bow (!!!!) it’s color changeable. I might never take this hair or my crisis pumps off. I <3 color change scripts.
