Last week was a very busy week! With all the hunt preparation at *AnnaH*, and finishing the new release Colby and the new store at George 5, I couldn’t waist much time choosing clothes, but I needed to be well dressed in case of someone appear in the store where I was setting up things. So, I ended up wearing a really sweet and well made set of underwear - yes, you can’t see it! It is underwear!!! But I need to say it, because everytime I changed clothes in the middle of the store I was wearing THIS lingerie! It is from Ornamental Life Store, and it is called Annyka on Tuesdays. The colour I am wearing is the green, that matches my jacket! This way I was never completly naked

I am sure you all know where it came from! The Trenchcoat is from Armidi, and it was my very first bought in Armidi! The colour is amazing, and the details on sculpted things are marvelous! I am wearing only the short coat, but there’s a flexi long coat, very cool! And to complete the outfit, what else is more confortable and easy to wear than a black pair of leggings? This one are from the Dove outfit from Ornamental Life Store - yes I *own* all Ornamental life stuff! It is very well made and they are very casual, but yet stylish!

I wasn’t ready to face all the stuff whithout a cute clutch to keep all my documents and post its for the hunt. The black leather clutch is from House of Hearts and it is very simple, but goes perfectly with this outfit. It comes in 3 versions - 2 poses and 1 unposed. I also needed a cell phone! Yeah, everyone needs one! This one is a copy of the posed version available at the store. I didn’t use the animation with the phone, but I did used my pose.

Necklace and earrings are from Earthtones. They match the coat, they are casual and they look beautiful. They are called Paua Round Shell. I didn’t need to adjust anything! It was perfect! I am all about acessoires, so I also added a cool (and free) pair of sunglasses! They are from Mokoptica and they suit really great in my face! What I also try to use almost everyday are tattoo’s. I love feminine and well made tattoo’s! This time I am wearing ones from Tuli, that are called Henna and that were free a long time ago (I think). It is a set for all body, but I am using only the undershirt layer, so you can see a bit in my chest! Just another Rock Star detail

I hope you aren’t getting tired of me I know I’ve posted a lot this week, but technically they haven’t all been my posts. This should be a quick post since I am just answering Achariya’s challenge to wear no prims to Hair Fair. I have been around a while… a long while so I remember when I used to not wear prim hair and only wore system hair. Yes I have scary photos to prove it.

 Yes that is me circa 10–04 I know scary. (You have to click to make it larger I’m too embarrassed to post it real size. I think today I managed to make a much nicer system hair well considering….

I wanted to of course wear something colorful so I started with the Checkered Halter from Lala Foofoo in Sunshine. I love these tanks they come on all the layers and are very detailed. Under this I put on the Starfruit Retro Top from Twosome. This is one of my favorite tops what can I say it just has such a super cute cut and color and texture! For pants I wanted to wear my very favorite Crystal Capris from LF Designs. Launa Fauna has made the perfect jeans and I think even though it’s been a year I haven’t found a pair to replace them as my favorites.

I even managed to find a texture necklace this is pretty old and made by Nylon Pinkney so I’m not sure if she still sells it. Since I didn’t want to venture into texture shoes I figured my Toe and Nail polish was enough decoration. These are my manicure and pedicure set in Shiny Red from Nyterave. I always wear these pedicures probably because in rl my toes are always painted red too. Last I put on the Vogue Skin in Classic Glitter Gold because I think the shiny gold makes up for my lack of jewelry. I also put my eyelashes to 100 like we used to have to do before the prim lashes came along.

This was a fun experiment and it will be helpful when I go to Hair Fair but I sure do miss my prims and I’m sure I’ll be back in them when not at the event.

Hair Fair is coming… I mean it’s here and I don’t like to miss this kind of event! It’s hard to go there, because most of the times it’s laggy because everyone wants to go there, and people normally use much more prims than they should, so it is even more laggy! Why do you need an AO, a facelight, prim hair with one hundred prims and shoes with fifty prims each??? Well, you can wear them, but actually you don’t need them! The worst stuff is the scripted attachments, like AO’s, mystitool, weapons…

When there’s an event like this I am all anti-prims! So this will be my outfit to go to the fair! I am using *only* four prims! Yes, four prims! In my shoes! Each shoe has 2 prims, and it is from Stripeberry Shoes. I bought them in the Shoe Expo that happened last month and they are really cute, with nice texture!

Because it is a no-prim outfit, I can’t use prims to *adorn* my avatar! So I just put on the top of the Liane dress from Persona, and it’s leggings. They are pink, or sort of, so I am pretty sure that Hethr is going to like it

I also add the Sarah Mini Shorts shorts from the hunt at my store. (I am not trying to advertise, ‘cuz they are totally free at the hunt!) You will be able to find them in a little box somewhere inside the store.

Well, I am not wearing prims, but I want to be pretty! So I am wearing the nail polish from Persona in lilac. I think this one was a group gift a while back! But I am sure that there are some cute colours at Myllie’s store!

Last but not least, my skin! This was the first skin I bought and it is still one of my favourites. It is from Naugthy Designs, and what does it have so special? It comes with two options - hair and no hair! I am using the hair version, obviously, so I don’t need to wear any prim hair!

This way I won’t cause lag in the sims of the Hair Fair! It would be great if everyone could find a cool no-prim outfit and went to the event like this, so it was easy to shop!

Ok I’ve been hoarding this look since Monday. I just kept getting distracted (3 hours at the pre-event for Hair Fair didn’t help but was super fun!!) So due to that I’m wearing an old hair here instead of all the new hairs, but really don’t the old hairs need love too. Besides this is the first time I’ve blogged this Sienna hair from Aden and I love it. So if you need a break from the lag head over to her store and pick this up

Now the outfit. I have noticed this trend toward wearing “formal shorts” lately and even though these are pretty long the remind me of it. I love the new colby shorts from Ana. I chose this deep purple color because it was so rich and it made the belt look so wonderful and bright in contrast. I wanted some contrast in my shirts too so I first chose the raspberry stripes top from Pixeldolls. This has a nice soft color with cute little details on the fabric. Under this I wanted something to tie together the raspberry and purple so of course I went with Aqua! Ok well maybe it’s a stretch but I love the color contrasts. I’m wearing the the indian summer blue n fuschia top from Zaara. I think my favorite part of this shirt is the little dot detail on the neckline. It just gives it that something extra special.

On my never ending quest for flats to replace my beloved phlats I came across these cute buckle ballet flats in cyan from ETD. These are pretty reasonably priced at 175 and come in quite a few colors. I also picked up that aqua color in my earrings +plus turquoise plastic earrings. My necklace is the Cherry Charm Necklace from Miam Miam. I adore this necklace I think alot of it comes from the soft red almost pinky color of the cherries. It makes it match just about everything I own. I just checked and this necklace is still for sale on the Viva La Glam sim for the ridiculously low price of 65L. I mean that’s practically a freebie!!

I wanted bright bangles too so on my left arm is the blue flower white enamel bracelet from Whimsical Creations and on my right arm is the quattro bangle in verano sunset from Aphrodite Creations. Last but not least i wanted strong but still soft feminine makeup so I put on my Peaches Chai skin.

If I’m quiet for a few days it just means that I’m buried under the load of hair demos I came back with from Hair Fair. While I did narrow it down from 9 billion to 48, I think I’m gonna have to do a second round demo cut. *Sigh*
